We will always work with our customer to find the desired label in the desired format, material and finish. Let us know what is needed, and we will take care of it!
We try to keep order lead times as short as possible. For our customised products, we do our utmost to get everything to the customer within a period of 10 working days. We count here from the order confirmation or the agreement on the digital proof. For other products, the lead time depends on the product.
We do our utmost to get all orders to customers as quickly as possible. However, if urgency is required, we can deliver most of our products even faster. We charge a small extra fee for this to compensate for the extra effort.
We coordinate the needs with the client to then formulate appropriate advice.
Yes, we can also deliver products directly to your customer if required or perform an installation at your customer's premises

DELIVERIES / SHIPMENTS / INSTALLATION
Shipping costs are calculated based on the place of delivery and the size of the shipment. Shipments outside the Benelux are also possible.
Want to save costs? Then orders can also simply be picked up free of charge at the Turnhout office during office hours.
We try to be as flexible as possible, including for installations abroad. In consultation, we can discuss conditions.
This varies according to the type of product. A standard in-house production is maximum 10 working days after order or proof approval.
DIGITAL PROOFS
We start working on the proofs as soon as we receive an order from our customer. For each customised product, a digital proof is worked out for checking.
Of course, but we do charge a small fee for design and shipping costs.
A physical example worked out according to your needs can be requested. Again, we ask for a small fee for design and postage costs.
When products are customised, there is a cost for the artwork or graphic work involved. Our graphics department prepares a digital proof of each customised product, which includes fine-tuning the variable data and layout. This digital proof is submitted to the customer for checking before we start production.
We ask our customers to provide correct location designations in an excel sheet. We can get you started on this, or as a customer you can call on one of our specialists for this task.
